Are your herbal products and supplements FDA-approved?

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not regulate the herbal and supplement industry. Therefore, our herbal products are not FDA-approved. Our products are always, however, USDA-Organic, grown to better-than-organic standards, or sustainably wildcrafted.

Some of the herbs in your store are labeled “biodynamic.” What does this mean?

Biodynamic agriculture is a step above organic farming. Although both types avoid chemicals and GMOs, biodynamic farming standards are much stricter than organic practices. In organic farming, materials may be sourced from outside the farm. On the other hand, biodynamic farming is a self-sustaining system that requires all materials, fertilization, and pest control to come directly from the immediate area. This means the plants grow in the most natural habitat possible, producing purer and healthier herbs.

You have two CBD oil products: isolate and full-spectrum. Which CBD product is right for me?

Both CBD products have their pros and cons. The full-spectrum CBD oil contains all the active ingredients and compounds of the hemp plant, which can make it a more potent and beneficial natural remedy. The CBD oil isolate, on the other hand, is further processed to remove all the other compounds of the hemp plant, giving you only pure CBD. If you’re allergic to other CBD compounds or worry about passing drug tests, then the isolate is a better choice for you.

What is the difference between your eCourses and weekend projects?

The Grow Network’s weekend projects are quick educational programs that are designed to be completed within a few days. Our eCourses, on the other hand, are comprehensive programs that provide in-depth education on a topic. The eCourses are divided into eight lessons with homework and quizzes. When you finish the eCourse and pass all the quizzes, you will earn a certificate for completing the program.

What is the duration of your eCourses? How long do I have to complete each course?

All of our courses are online and self-paced, meaning there is no pressure to complete lessons and tasks by a specific due date. When you sign up for our eCourses, you will have lifetime access to the program. You can study and learn at any time of your choosing and complete the course on your schedule.

I don’t have a credit card. What payment methods do you accept?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to process credit card payments. We do not process checks, money orders, or PayPal payments at the moment. Processing checks and money orders requires resources beyond what we are able to provide, and PayPal will not provide services to us because we sell CBD products. We are, however, considering offering other payment options in the future to make our products accessible to more customers.

Can I return the product I bought? Do you offer refunds?

At The Grow Network, we have full confidence in the quality of our products and also want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 60-day, money-back guarantee return policy for all of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, send us an e-mail and we will initiate a full refund within 48 hours.
