I thought the program was very thorough. I worked in a dental office as a chair side assistant & then later as a dental technician years ago. So I learned the importance of a good hygiene early on.
The powered tooth formula leaves my mouth feeling clean and I feel also has a whitening effect as well. I am very satisfied with this product.
